I’m moving to out of London at the end of March and looking for someone lovely to take over my bright, spacious room in our warm South London home.

The room gets loads of natural light and feels really calm and cosy. The house has:

• Big sunny kitchen
• Shared living room
• Roof terrace
• 2 streets from Burgess Park
• 20 min walk to Peckham Rye station
• 30 min walk to Denmark Hill

Rent is £865 per month, all bills included.

It’s a monthly rolling contract with a genuinely chill and responsive landlord (rare gem). We each rent our room directly from the landlord.

Move-in ideally late March, but I can be flexible for the right person.
