An opportunity to live in a great location with an amazing group of people!

It is a HUGE room (the whole basement level of the entire house - it has its own bedroom area and living room area and yes the projector is staying!) The space also comes with its own en suite and double french doors to the back yard :) The space is really incredible for the price and would suit someone who likes to have their own space, but still get to be sociable with all the gang in the communal living and kitchen areas. Our housemate had to buy a lot of the furniture eg. the desk, living room, coffee table but is willing to do these for v cheap :)

The rest of the house:
We have a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with 2 fridges, a dishwasher and washing machine.

We're in a great location:
Right beside Burgess Park, 10 minute bus to Elephant and Castle, approx 30 min bus to central and Shoreditch, approx. 10 minute bike ride to Peckham Rye station, walking distance to Bermondsey Street and two big supermarkets within a 5 - 10 minute walk.

We're all big on music, films, food, art etc (all the usual good stuff) and looking for someone to compliment and contribute to the house dynamic. Looking for a full-time professional, as opposed to a student, and are not open to couples.

The room is available from 1st April but our housemate who's leaving can be a little flexible if needed. We are planning on having some viewings on Tues 10th March, Fri 13th March. We're all travelling and in an out the house during March but if you like the place we'll sort meeting the rest of the housemates when we can!
