Double room in friendly household

Unfortunately one of our housemates is moving out on the 25th March so we are looking to fill her space for the remainder of

We are looking to fill the room from March to August. (confirming final move out date with our landlord so will have this confirmed before you move in!)

Theirs 3 other housemates (myself and two boys) we are friendly and pretty chill! Two of us work from home so we are around quite a bit but we're obviously working from our rooms.

We are right by Burgess Park which is nice especially in the summer, the 63 bus stops less than 5 minute walk from the flat and we are a 10 minute walk from the 453,78,21 bus stop so we have great access to central.

Bills are usually no more than 100-150 a month

You can apply for parking round here but its quite full so not easy to get!
