Looking for a new housemate to join us in our 3-bedroom, Peckham/Camberwell home and occupy a large double room. A very bright, Garden and south-facing room.

Located just off Southampton way, close to South London Gallery and Incredibly well connected via bus links into central london and a 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye station. Only 8 minutes walk to Burgess park.

The room is available from 22nd April and requires 1 months deposit + 1 first months rent, to be paid to the landlord.

Earlier move-in possible (from the 12th April) which can be arranged directly with us.

The rent is £886.93 p/m excluding bills (Listed as £887, I can't include decimal points on here...). Additional costs including internet, council tax, gas and electricity comes to approximately £80 per-person, p/m. Rent is due on the 22nd of each month.

This is a spacious and tidy house on a quiet, residential street. You will be sharing with Phoebe and Amelia. Both freelancers working in the creative industries.
