This room is only available for 2 or 3 nights per week and the room wouldn't be suitable for anyone working from home.
I am looking for a professional, preferably artistic person, to rent a room in my warm and comfortable Georgian house in a quiet cul de sac, 5 minutes from Queens Road station.
Whilst being warm and friendly, I would want whoever might be interested to understand that my kitchen and sitting room are where I mainly live and to be able to recognise my need for privacy.
There is Wifi access throughout the house. There is a bathroom for sole use of the lodger. Linen is provided and the room would be cleaned regularly.
Not suitable for anyone who's looking to work from home.
