Double Room to let

We are looking for a friendly and reliable flatmate (woman preferred) to share our lovely flat in Nunhead / Southeast London.

The room is a good sized, unfurnished, double, bright and very quiet. It is situated at the back of the house, overlooks a garden and gets the sun from mid-day onwards. I

As the room is unfurnished, you will need to bring your own stuff.
There is extra storage in the house.

We share a big kitchen/living room with gas cooker, washing machine and TV.
Nunhead, Queens Road Peckham and Peckham Rye Stations (zone 2) are a short walk away.

We are both fairly busy with work and music but we do like a communal meal and a laugh in the kitchen. We are both vegetarian and communally and environmentally minded, and are looking for a like-minded flatmate. We have a lively kitten that roams the flat, so our new flatmate must like cats!

If you are 30 or older, reliable and considerate, respectful and clean, are experienced in living in shared flats and are looking for a home rather than just a place to stay, then ring, text or email and come round for a viewing and a chat.

The room will be available from November 1st. The rent will be £600 per calendar month. Bills and council tax are included (not wi-fi). References and one month deposit are required.
