Modern double room in Canada Water Mon-Fri only

I'm looking for a lodger who is a friendly professional and lives outside London but needs a place to stay from MONDAY to FRIDAY (Sunday to Thursday/ fewer days). Occasional weekend stay might also be possible.

The room is fully furnished and you can store your belongings in the large wardrobe. Bedding/linen/towels are all provided but you can also bring your own if preferred. There is en-suite WC/powder room for your sole use and you would have access to a modern bathroom/ shower room.
Weekly room cleaning included.

There is use of fully equipped kitchen, washing machine + iron, and a comfortable living room.

LOCATION: close to Surrey Quays and Canada Water Stations (Jubilee line & Overground), Greenland Pier for riverboat services (come handy during tube strikes) and lots of local buses.

Easy commute to Canary Wharf (1 stop), London Bridge (2 stops), Waterloo (4 stops), Westminster or Stratford/ east London. Also easy connections to Liverpool Street., Shoreditch and Greenwich.

If you are active, easy stroll/jog/cycle along river to London Bridge and Borough Market. Or Greenwich in opposite direction.

PARKING: free off-street parking or rent a secure space in the residents underground car-park from a neighbour. There is also cycle storage for your bike if needed.
