Hi, I'm looking for a kind and respectful working professional or mature student to move into the spareroom room. 3 months short term stay to begin with the potential to extend thereafter, £1820 per month (equivalent to £420 per week), bills included. Flexible with move-in date.
Will consider 8-13 weeks let, enquire for pricing and more details.

A bit about the property, it's a 2-bed, 2-bath new-build apartment, 5th floor (there are lifts). It has a large open plan kitchen and living room and also has a terrace/balcony, with triple-glazed windows throughout. There's CCTV inside and outside the building and the building can only be accessed using the secure fob.

The bedroom for rent has a double bed (ottoman with storage), a bedside table, a desk and chair. The main bathroom has a sink, toilet, bathtub with shower and a shelf stand. The kitchen has a built-in induction hob, double oven, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is a utility/storage room with a washing machine and where the clothes are dried on racks. There's a bike shed in the basement of the building, which is locked and can be accessed using the fob.

Elephant & Castle station is a 10 minute walk away and there are bus stops just outside the building, which take you towards the centre, Liverpool St station, London Bridge etc. lots of new restaurants, cafes and bars have in the area. It’s a great location for food shopping as the street itself has a fresh food market, Lidl is 5 mins away, and a big Tesco and Morrison's is less than 10 mins away too. It takes about 30 mins to walk to all the bridges around the area so great location if you work near any of those too, you can save on commute costs.
There's a Santander bike stand a few minutes from the flat which is handy for getting around the city.

A bit about me... I am a 39 year-old professional, work in commercial finance. I work hard and like to unwind by meeting friends after work or going to the gym and then love coming home to a nice, clean, tidy and spacious flat. I'm from Manchester, studied in London and now work here too. I’m a non-smoking vegetarian. I am looking for a person that has similar interests, is ok with a vegetarian household and isn't a smoker.
I'll be with my family for the next few months, so I'll only really be over when I need to work in central or have appointments nearby.
