Spacious Double Room with Great Transport Links

Below are all the details of the room I have coming from mid-late April/first of May!

The Flat: A two bedroom, one bathroom flat with a living room. It’s in a quiet area and on the top floor of a grade II listed building, and since the rooms are on opposite sides of the property, you’ll have all the privacy you need!

The Room: The biggest room in the flat! It has enough space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe and dresser, and even extra seating if you want. It’s available with all furniture you’d need for a bedroom/home office, which can all be discussed if you get in touch.

The location: Located on a quiet leafy street, this flat is extremely well situated for public transport. 15 minutes walk to either Elephant and Castle or Kennington stations, with great and frequent bus routes going in any direction. There are five supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, great restaurants and bars all within 10 minutes, a gym within 5 minutes, and everything else you could possibly need for convenience. It’s also very close to several parks, and it’s in easy walking distance of the museums and galleries on Bermondsey Street and the South Bank.

Me: I’m Stuart, a 36 year old Retail Manager from Scotland. I’m easy to live with - I understand the importance of having personal space when you need it, but I’m also happy to hang out if you’re in the mood! I want to make sure the flat is a nice place for you to come home to after work, where you can relax and feel at home.

Money stuff: the price doesn’t include bills, but internet and water come to about £25 pcm and council tax is Band B - all of this adds up to around £95 pcm. Energy bills are payed quarterly, and are varied depending on season

Anything else?: ideally looking for someone LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+ friendly to move in, but pretty easy going with regards to that for the right flatmate match. And don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about me or the flat!
