Big room in cosy flat in Zone 1/2

Hey, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I'm moving as a result of a change in jobs.

The flat is on a quiet street inbetween Camberwell and Elephant and Castle in Zone 1/2, SE17. It's a 5 minute walk to Burgess Park, a 20 minute walk into Camberwell with all the coffee shops and restaurants. Ten minutes in the other direction gets you to Walworth High street and Elephant Park with more shops and food places. Plenty of supermarkets close by too!

It has excellent bus links to lots of places including central London, and Elephant and Castle tube station is about a 15 minute walk away (Zone 1, Northern Line and Bakerloo Line). You can also cycle into central London in about 15/20 minutes.

The bedroom is massive, and so is the living room! Bills are usually around £130-£150 per month. There's also on street parking available.

There's one other flatmate who I've known for years. She works in central London and is very friendly and easy to live with!

When it comes to move in dates, I'm pretty flexible so can be accommodating, but would ideally like to move in May.

Looking for someone to stay until September next year but you could find someone to take over the lease if you need to leave early.
