Looking for somebody to take over tenancy for a large double bedroom in a cute and modern 4 bedroom house located between zone 1&2.
Rent is £953.53 per calendar month and whilst bills aren't included, they average to 18-20 pp/pw with uncapped electricity, water and gas.
The house is located around a 10-15 minute walk from both Elephant and Castle as well as Camberwell High-street (with E&C tube station being only a 15/20min walk or 10 bus ride away!)
There are also two bathrooms (one shower and one shower and bath) with one located on the same floor as the bedroom.
The bedroom contains a sink, desk, thermostat for heating and plenty inbuilt storage!!
The other current housemates (2 guys, 2 girls) are also students studying the arts and history and typically like to hang out in the living room watching movies or take a trip to the pub! :)
