Lovely Victorian house with five rooms. One Lovely Double room Available for one person only.

This is a first floor room (not ground floor) at the rear of the house in a residential area. There is large amounts of storage with a X Large Wardrobe. It also comes furnished with a bed, a mattress, an armchair, a desk, a chair, a mirror and a bedside table. The door has a secure lock and thumb turn exit.

This is not an Ensuite room.
There is a main bathroom on the same floor with large shower and fully tiled. The bathroom would be shared with two other people. (some of the rooms are ensuite,. so they do not share this). There is also a small toilet and sink on the ground floor.
