I rent out a second bedroom in my apartment for either short lets with possibility of extending to long let.
Also, Monday to Friday let.

The apartment is all new, super modern and never lived in before (I started renting in January 2021).

The room is a double, with furniture:
Double bed
Side “tables” with drawers
Spacious storage space
Chest of drawers - lots of them - for all your belongings.

A Smart HD TV in your room. Next to the room is the private bathroom with a bathtub and heating floor.

Your bedroom & bathroom are located on level 3 making it accessible for disabled. This makes your area really just yours. The only reason why I will be on level 3 is to exit the apartment.

The rest of the apartment is on level 4, connected with indoor staircase; this gives us the opportunity to have some space between us.

To reach the apartment, you can use the elevator within the building, making the level 3 of the apartment accessible.

On level 4, besides my bedroom and my own bathroom, an office with a 27” desktop screen is available for use. For those working hybrid this is a great additional space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you may need and all great quality. I even have a grill & air frier to keep us looking good and healthy.

The best part of the apartment: the most INCREDIBLE view from the balcony - great space for the morning coffee.

The building is secured with video intercom & elevator code. Locked bicycle storage available on the premises.

I live with 2 queens: 2 indoor cats. They are curious and all lovey dovey and very well behaved. They are my responsibility, therefore nothing is expected from your side considering their care. I promise you will fall in love with them within days!
I vacuum on a daily basis to make sure the apartment is clean - for a place with two cats, you will be surprised how clean it is. They tend to stay around me most of the time, therefore won’t be bothering you, if you wish to keep distance.

About me: Full time working professional. I like to cook and prep my meals, therefore I will be quite ofter in the living| kitchen area, luckily the space is huge and I look forward to chat and spend quality time with you rather than being closed in the room.
If you prefer a more quieter space, I am happy to keep to myself and enjoy a podcast with my headphones on.
