Spacious Double Room in clean, friendly house

We (a middle-aged couple) have a nice, spacious double room available (single occupation only) in a clean, comfortable and welcoming house, with shared kitchen and bathroom.
We are looking for a considerate, reliable, responsible and tidy person. Whilst we respect each person's privacy and space, we do ask for a friendly attitude and a smooth, respectful communication.

Bills and Internet are included, the fortnight standard cleaning of communal areas is charged separately. Otherwise we have a strict “clean-as-you-go” policy.

We have a cat. You don't have to be a cat-lover, but you should be ok with the presence of a cat in the communal areas.

Woolwich town centre (with big Tesco) and Woolwich Arsenal Station (DLR and National Rail) is about 13 mins walk (0.5mi) and the new Elisabeth Line station about 17 mins. walk.
There are also buses going to Woolwich Town Centre and london City (a minute walk to bus stop) and there are a small Coop, div. take away shops, post office etc. 1-2 min. up the road.
