Furnished large room for a single person

A double sized room with double bed on the ground floor. Large bay window looking out the front of the house. Very quiet.
The house has a shared bathroom downstairs. There is an individual extra toilet upstairs for use by 2 upstairs bedrooms. One bedroom has also their own en-suite shower and toilet.

There is storage within the bedroom (wardrobe and drawers) but also extra communal spaces around the house.
All current tenants are professionals who are busy and working ,they are generally a kind and respectful group of people and are easy to get along with.
The kitchen has enough storage for all.

There are some steps up to the house from street level so it is a quieter location and hardly anyone walking past the front of the house.
The area is pleasant with shops very close by, also lots of green space close by if you like to walk in nature!
The room is in good condition, new carpet.

I require background, credit checks done on all tenants. the results do not mean i will refuse a person but i will make sure the employment and immigration status is good etc..
