We have a large double room available in a 2 bed flat, SE18. Taking my place on the tenancy agreement.
Room features plenty of built in storage, comes unfurnished, but I am happy to leave some of the furniture here which I don't plan to take with me.
Large open-plan living space, a kitchen with all white appliances, a bathroom (shared with one flat mate), and a balcony.
The flat is a short walk or even shorter bus down in to Woolwich, with great transport links across London with the Elizabeth Line, DLR and Trains.
Smaller second room also available for less rent, £775 per month, as current flatmate is happy to switch rooms.
Bills not included, but I am happy to let you know how much extra it is.
Deposit will be required, will confirm amount.
