Double room available in our homely and warm ground floor apartment. Tall ceilings and wooden floors. Freshly decorated. Secure site.

We are looking for professionals who work in London from Monday to Friday and head home for the weekend (hence the offer price). This is an amazing place to live and has everything you will need.

We are 5-10 mins walk to the QE hospital, 15-20 minutes walk from Eltham Station (serving London Bridge and Charing Cross) and a bus stops directly beside the apartment to take you to North Greenwich Station.

The Royal Herbert Pavilions is a place full of character set on 18 acres of grounds. There is an onsite gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, tennis court and bar showing many sporting events.

The room is comfortable, with a new double bed, has large double glazed sash windows and a built in wardrobe. The finsih is very good quality throughout the flat.

Please note that the gym, pool and residents bar require a membership fee which will be discounted as a resident member.
