Large Double in Friendly houseshare

Large double room for rent in Plumstead. The room is part furnished with large storage unit, wardrobe and bed. There's a brand new bed and memory foam mattress.

The house has a large kitchen/diner, lounge and two brand new bathrooms and garden that backs onto a park. There's a space on the drive for a car and a large garden shed for storing bikes etc. The street we're on is incredibly quiet.

Plumstead train station is 11 minutes walk away (we've timed it!) Abbey wood 17 mins, with trains running aprox every 20 minutes to London Bridge, Canon Street and Charing Cross (roughly half an hour)

Buses run from the high street (5 minutes away) to Woolwich Arsenal with the DLR into Bank, Canary Wharf and City Airport.

The 469 bus goes from our street straight to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

All bills included, BT Infinity TV and Wifi, cleaner, loo roll etc!

You'll be sharing with Jo and Stacey in 30s and late 20s. Both have their own lives but happy to share a glass of wine in the evening. We also have a small single room that we occasionally airbnb but we're picky about who stays and generally only rent it in the week.

The house is owned by two friends, one of whom lives in Cornwall. Jo is a live in landlord and there to fix any issues when they arise. It's very much a home and someone who can fit in and have a chat over dinner would be great

Early January move in but this is flexible.
