Very close to Crystal palace and Anerley stations, crystal palace park is 5 mins away and the Crystal palace triangle for shops bars and restaurants is also 5 mins up the hill.
@the_douglasfir is next door.

The room has built in wardrobe and sink, Bed, chest of drawers a TV.

There are 2 toilets 1 bathroom and a separate shower and a fully fitted kitchen with all the bits.

Car parking spot and a lockable shed for Cycle.

Rent is inclusive of all bills inc Broadband.

I work mon to fri 9-5 and looking for a professional person male or female who is respectful of myself and my 20 year old son and is not looking for a party flat-share, though happy to share a glass of something when in.

Deposit is £600 and rent is paid in advance
