Hello, my large one- bed flat in SE20 / Penge (Zone 4) is available to let for 8-10 weeks from 7 April to 9 June (with a possible extension).
All bills & furniture are included for £450 a week (minimum stay 5 weeks).
The spacious one bedroom flat is decorated in a boho style. Our home is full of lovely plants and a great spot to relax. The 19ft lounge with an open fitted kitchen and dining area is perfect for people watching.
Located on a high street with cafes, shops and Crystal Palace park (and dinosaurs) a 10 mins walk away.
The area boasts great transport links & is only 30mins away from Central London, such as Victoria, London Bridge station etc.
We look for a young professional who is respectful to the space. Open to a couple too.
We have made friends because of their stays, and we look forward to make many more .
