Lovely Cosy Double Room in Dulwich/ Tulse Hill

Looking for a fourth person to share our happy home
Our housemate Izzy has just handed in her notice on her cosy, double room in our lovely shared house in Tulse Hill / West Dulwich, and we're looking for someone to replace her. The room would suit someone in their 30s or 40s who is looking for a friendly, relaxed, supportive and peaceful shared home on a long-term basis, rather than a place to crash. Must tolerate a rather grumpy (but quite lovely) ginger cat!

The Area
We are in West Dulwich / Tulse Hill, a 5min walk to Tulse HIll train station, a 5min cycle away from Herne Hill and a 10 min cycle ride to Brixton (15 mins by bus), as well as being walking distance to West Norwood (which has a lovely cinema!).

The People
Housemates are 2 women and 1 man aged between 33 and 44. We like to do creative things and are fairly outdoorsy: outdoor swimming, brewing beer, cycling, reading, pottery and art are a few of our current interests. Tom is a Art historian/lecturer, Steph is a community & critical care nurse and Anna manages an art department in an FE college. Tiger the grumpy ginger mog is the fourth housemate and sadly he will not tolerate any other pets. We are a LGBTQI friendly home and have occasional family dinners, as well as socialising inforrmally fairly regularly.

The Room
The room is at the top of the house, at the back, overlooking the garden. It's a cosy double with views to the East, opening out over the Rosendale allotments - so you get the morning sunshine, which is glorious. There is plenty of storage throughout the house, so you'd have plenty of room to make it your own.

It is a little room, but the rest of the house is very roomy!

The House
The house has a large living room, a dining room with big table, a storage room (used for bike storage) a, big kitchen with dining table, a large and lush garden with a hammock and shed, and a large bathroom (this would be shared between yourself and Anna/Steph). It's a warm, relaxed and friendly place to come home to.

What's included
Rent is currently £574 pcm, excluding bills. Bills are currently £140 pcm each. to include everything you can think of, plus family Netflix, Spotify, a weekly cleaner, and an eco-friendly looroll subscription. We have a house account for bills and rent and agree to give 2 months notice if we are moving on, no that anyone plans to soon.
