This wonderfully large and light flat is a very short walk from Sydenham Hill station from which there’s a 15 minute train to Victoria.
Gipsy Hill station is also close by with links to London Bridge, Clapham Junction and Croydon. The area is very green, with many parks in the local surrounds and is quiet and peaceful.

The room has a double bed, drawers, wardrobe and chair for sunset viewing!

The open plan living room and kitchen is large, with a balcony off the living room area.
The bathroom is light and spacious.
There are views across the city from the living room.

Bills and high speed WiFi are included. There is a sheltered car park space behind private gates, a shared garden and a lock up for a bike.
