Comfortable and clean 2-bed home on a quiet road. Features a back garden and free parking. The room has a double bed and includes a TV if desired.
Carpet and curtains have changed since photos were taken (see last photo) but can be changed back if preferred.
Room will also include a small fridge and microwave.

Located within a 5-minute walk to a bus route direct to Brixton and the Victoria Line Underground train.
7-minute walk to Gipsy Hill train station and a 15 min walk to Sydenham Hill train station with connections to London Bridge, Farringdon, London Victoria, London Waterloo and Croydon.

All bills are included except for energy, which costs an additional £50 monthly. Looking for someone who will treat this as their home while being respectful of housemates and neighbours regarding noise and cleanliness.

It’ll be a total of two people living in the house (including yourself). Happy to discuss this further.

I have no special requirements from a potential tenant and you’ll be able to enjoy your own privacy.

MINIMUM STAY: 6 months minimum stay and happy to stay with a 6 month rolling contract.
