2 Bed flat - East Dulwhich

A room is available in my flat, located right at the top of Peckham Common. It’s around 10 minutes into Peckham by bus, with a bus stop directly outside the building, making it very easy to get around.

The street has a great local feel, with a Co-op, several restaurants, a hairdresser, and some excellent pubs all within a short walk.

The building itself is late Art Deco, arranged around an interior courtyard with balcony access, which gives it a lot of character. The flat also has lovely views across the London skyline.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, shelving, and a clothing rail, and there are plenty of picture hooks if you enjoy decorating the space and making it your own.

The flat is generally a calm and relaxed place to live. I do occasionally have friends over for drinks before heading out, but it’s not a party flat.

I’m ideally looking for someone considerate and easy to live with, who appreciates a chilled home and has an interest in the arts, culture, or creative pursuits.

A little about me:

I’m a London-based event producer working across music, arts, and cultural projects. I run my own production company (v small scale) and also work for a magazine running events, and spend most of my time developing projects across festivals and creative experiences.

At home, I’m tidy, respectful, and pretty low-drama. I enjoy having a calm, comfortable space to switch off, but I’m also sociable and always up for the occasional drink, dinner, or chat. In my spare time I do enjoy getting the decks out and listening to music.

I’m into music (across the board but especially electronic), design, and anything creative.

I’d ideally like to live with someone who takes care of their space, is easygoing, and has their own thing going on. Not a party house, but definitely a warm and welcoming environment
