Two double rooms available for short term summer let to students, perhaps on internships. The current students are moving out for the summer. Bills included, except council tax (which will not be applicable if you are a student). Furnished flat with a small kitchen which was fitted in September 2016. Bathroom and separate toilet. Living room with 2 sofas & a small dining table with 4 chairs/stools. Fantastic location for travel into central London, Zone 2, 7 minutes walk from Denmark Hill station which has a lot of connections, London Overground & Thameslink. 15 mins from central London. East Dulwich station is 5 minutes away. The flat is ex-local authority, built in the 1950s which the current tenants love and are happy there and feel very safe. 10 minute walk to East Dulwich centre which has some great bars & restaurants and a lovely vibe.
