About The House

This amazingly luxe Victorian 3 bed townhouse is all about comfort and space. Everything is finished to a very high spec and has a lovely cosy feel the minute you walk in. It comes as seen in the photos – fully furnished (no room for additional furniture large around the house!). We look after our house as if it is our own and know the landlord through personal contacts. The current tenant is relocating abroad but otherwise would have stayed!

Positioned on one of East Dulwich’s most accessible roads perfectly positioned between cool Peckham and fancy East Dulwich, this stunning 3 storey flat is a must see. We are are two easygoing ladies in our mid-thirties – both professionals working in the creative industries. We love the beauty and comfort of our home and the great location and are looking for someone who will love it too! Flatmate 1 loves yoga, travel, cooking, spending time with family and friends and flat mate 2 loves keeping fit, socialising for work and with friends and cinema. Both have lots of friends nearby and go out quite a bit with work but equally spend time at home watching movies or having friends for a few wine / tea now and again!

We would love to find someone who has an independent lifestyle but happy to socialize and make our house their home! This house definitely isn’t a party pad and nor is it suitable for anyone with nocturnal tendencies or extended groupies! Ideally looking for a male or female in 30years +.

Move in date is Saturday 20th January. (Earlier move in date is possible as both of us current flatmates will be on holiday until Wc15th Jan so reduced sublet is ok with us).

You will not be required to go on the lease unless you want too but will need to commit to a minimum of 6 months and pay 1-month deposit direct to landlord. Current lease is up at the end of May but there are no plans to move out on this date.

Rent is £780 plus bills (estimate £120 pcm inc sky / broadband, gas/ elec, water, council tax)
Additionally we ask you to contribute to a bi-weekly cleaner and help keep the house clean in between.

The house is on the No. 12 / 197 Bus route and has great transport links to the City, London Bridge, Victoria and all sorts of places from Peckham Rye and East Dulwich!
