This is the largest of the three rooms, very spacious with large windows to allow a lot of light. You’ll be joining two lovely ladies who have been a delight to live with. The flat has a very homey feel, and it is kept nice and tidy. As house mates we enjoy time together but we also have our own things going on outside the flat. Looking for someone who feel they would fit in well with this.

The flat is located very close by to Peckham Rye Park. There are a superb range of restaurants and bars located near the surrounding areas of Peckham, Honor Oak and East Dulwich.

In the flat there is a very good sized living room with a balcony. There is a well stocked kitchen with all mod cons. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower.

Nearby are an abundance of transport links including stations at Peckham Rye, Queens Road Peckham, Honor Oak, East And North Dulwich which have excellent links into the city. There are also good bus services, one bus which is a 5 minute walk away goes directly to Fenchurch Street.

There is off street parking should you have a car.

We rent directly from the landlord who has been very easy to deal with and fixed the few problems we have had in a timely manner.
