The flat is very well located for easy walking access to East Dulwich, Peckham Rye Park, and Forrest Hill.

Quiet residential area with lots of nearby green spaces and only a few minutes away from the Horniman Museum. Good supermarkets available within walking distance both in Honor Oak and Forrest Hill .

Originally unfurnished, bedroom furnishings negotiable with existing tenant, shared spaces furnished.

I am a 36 year old male professional working in the Civil Service. Non-smoking, enjoys baking and board games.
