My flatmate is moving abroad, leaving a small double room available in a 2-bed flat and I'm looking for someone to take over her lease. The flat is recently remodelled, stylish, and immaculate. It is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony overlooking the high street. The bus stop is at the base of our stairs, literally right in front of the house. It's about a 3-minute walk to Brockwell Park. It's a seven-minute walk to Tulse Hill Train Station and a ten-minute walk to Herne Hill train station. Equal distance from Co-op, Sainsbury's and Tesco. Nearby gyms are Brockwell Lido and Anytime Fitness. If you cycle there is a good spot to store your bike in the hall. The neighbours are nice and quiet. I'm in my 30s and a working professional. A suitable tenant would be someone who is respectful of the space, likes to keep things clean and does not mind living in a non-party home.

The room will be available on the 10th of April. Everything is furnished and move-in ready. Storage in the flat and room is minimal so the space would be best suited for someone who doesn't have a ton of things.
