Room available in Herne Hill/Brixton/Camberwell

Hi all,

We have a room available in our 4 bed flat in Herne hill/Brixton/Camberwell from the 30th June!

It’s super spacious with a garden, kitchen/living room and 2 bathrooms meaning you will be sharing with just 1 other girl.

Rent is £850 a month (not including bills which are roughly £75 for wifi, council tax & water) + gas and electric which varies between £30-£40 a month.

We have loads of transport options:
- Closest tube station is Brixton which is a 15 min walk away
- 5 minute walk to Loughborough Junction train station which gets you to Elephant and Castle in 4 mins and Blackfriars in 9 etc
- Overground from Denmark Hill station which has good links to Clapham Junction/East London and is only a 10 min walk away.
- Also lots of bus options for east or west (South Ken—>Shoreditch).

You'd be moving in with 3 other girls (24-25) working in marketing/writing. We all work hybrid but mostly in the office tues-thurs. We’re looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as flatmates and likes to chill/watch telly/pub together, but also has their own friends outside of the flat! We have the tenancy until the end of July 2025 so looking for someone who wants to stay for a while 🫶
