We’re two sociable professionals looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate to join our modern flat in Loughborough Junction.
The flat itself is bright and well-kept, with incredible views across London. There’s a gym in the building, and Loughborough Junction station is just a 2-minute walk away, so commuting is straightforward.
You’ll be living with two relaxed, sociable 29-year-olds. We get on well, enjoy spending time together at home, the occasional pub trip, and generally keep a good social balance in the flat. We’re both into staying active and following sport, but equally happy doing our own thing.
We’re keen to find someone who’s up for being part of the flat but also values their own space. Ideally mid/late-20s / early-30s.
The tenancy starts at the beginning of March, and we’re happy to arrange viewings from this week.
