We’re looking for a new housemate to join us at some point in January or February.

A little about us...
We’re all really social people (when miss rona wasn’t around) but enjoy both farmers markets, the gym and going on a night out. We love Saturday day drinking... it’s the perfect way to come home poor.

We really enjoy seeing friends so having the 8 seater dining table means we get to have dinner parties on the reg. we have a great garden space with outdoor bar and seating so summer we love a party.

We play football in a five a side and the cheap gym and pool is 2 mins walk. We really enjoy eating together so if you join us we’d love to keep that going!

A little about the room...
The room is huge... high Victorian ceilings and modern touches like USB sockets. We have Philips hue through the house and have Nest/Google to control everything else.

There is a good sized bathroom which has the hottest most powerful spray in the world... this is shared with one other person but we’re all pretty clean as you see from the photos.

Other amenities of the house are as follows;

- utility room with washer and dryer (they hold 9kg loads and do a great job! Go Linda! Also a downstairs toilet... see piccys

- living room with Sky Q UHD + free NETFLIX AND Disney+, we also have an Xbox One and PS4.

-dining room with 8 seater table

- kitchen which is by far the best room in the house. We have loads of space with underfloor heating a double fridge with ice and water. The ovens are the top of the line Bosch ovens which can clean, steam, microwave, tell the time and most important cook. We also have an inbuilt Bosch coffee machine so if you enjoy a ground coffee then Costa is in the kitchen...

- free parking - it’s on the road but it’s quiet...

A little about the house...
It’s really easy to get to central with a 12 min train direct to London Bridge and 18 min journey to St Pancs. There is also the overground to Canary Wharf and the Southern service directly to Victoria. We’re Zone 4. We all work in the city... some of us for a big accounting firm the other in real estate funds. We’d like someone to come live with us and interact with our (and your) friends as we’re quite social.

Lastly, it’s no deposit but there is a 2 month notice period :) but less if you fill the room :P
