Hi! I have a bright furnished double room to rent for a friendly, laid back female animal lover! I have a l
large dog plus two elderly cats. I would like someone willing to feed the dog a couple of times a week when I'm on long days at work.
The house is in a quiet street, next to a gorgeous country park and a 12 minute walk from Norwood Junction (overground plus railway to London Bridge in 15 mins). It's also next to a tram stop direct to East Croydon. and there is a beautiful new kitchen, new central heating and constant hot water!
My grand daughter often visits at weekends so it's important you are ok with a child being around. I am out a lot so you will have alot of quiet time.
I am a manager for a charity and passionate about community work. I'm generally quiet at home or very busy at work. I'm friendly and considerate. Message me for more details... I can be flexible about arrangements. I am selling the house so there are viewings on Saturdays only for 1 hour where the room will need to be seen. Short term lets only. It's a good room if you are looking for a more permanent place in London. Room is ready from mid Dec onwards.
