I am going travelling for one month and will be renting out my spacious double room whilst I'm away. The dates the room is available are 7th May until 4th June.

Only £500 for the month, all bills and internet included. No deposit required.

Room includes double bed, mini fridge, cupboard. and garden view.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and garden. Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and washing machine. Bathroom has bath and shower. Toilet is in separate room.

You'll be sharing with 2 females and 2 males.

Property is a 5 minute walk from Selhurst Station which has trains direct to London Victoria, London Bridge, and Balham (nearest underground). East Croydon is one stop away or a 20 minute walk. Numerous busses into London and Croydon with the nearest stop only a minute walk away.

A CO-OP is a 1 minute walk away with Lidl being the closest supermarket which is a 10 minute walk from the property.
