I have a double room for rent in my house in Woodside, next to Addiscombe and South Norwood. In addition to the bathroom, kitchen and garden, the lodger will have access to two living areas, both with TVs. The rental room is the largest bedroom in the house and has a mounted TV with SKY channels, lots of built in wardrobe/storage space, a chest of drawers and a small desk.
Woodside tram stop is nearby, giving quick access to East Croydon train station (about 10 mins), where you can get fast trains to London Bridge, The City and Victoria in around 20 mins. Gatwick Airport is about 15 mins and Brighton 40 mins. The area is also well served by buses.
I am looking to share with a professional male and have had lodgers before and been a lodger myself, so am very accustomed to living with different people.
