As per the title, this is a stunning room in a friendly mature house share SE25. Currently 1 male, 3 females.

Beautiful large double room with high ceilings and a mezzanine platform - see video

10 mins walk from Norwood Junction station with great transport links incl regular fast trains - 15 mins - to London Bridge/overground.

Beautiful South Norwood Lakes is at the bottom of the road (see pics) and the area is upmarket, clean and friendly with lovely friendly neighbours.

Crystal Palace Park with the dinosaurs is around a 20 minute walk as is Crystal Palace triangle with many exciting restaurants and bars.

Tenants are friendly, intelligent, sensible, peace loving types who are interested in living in harmony and community.

There is a garden studio which is available for activities by agreement with housemates.

We have a very friendly cockapoo who is adored by all, so while on principle open to pets, they would have to be polite, fully housetrained and acceptable to Ziggy. Just been told that Ziggy hates cats sorry, a friendly dog might be OK

We are looking for someone professional, able to keep shared spaces clean who will contribute positively to the beautiful house and community here.

All bills included, fortnightly cleaner and gardener
