Room available Ideal for someoneI am looking for a friendly, professional person to join our easy going house which is over 4 floors and very spacious.

The double bedroom is bright and comes with a double size bed and wardrobe.

The house provides all the mod cons including washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen, which include all utensils. There are 2 bathrooms.

We have a gorgeous garden where we like to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine on a sunny day. We have fabulous neighbours who we often socialise with.

You will be sharing with 1-2 other professionals in their thirties & fifties We would like someone that is sociable, enjoys the odd glass of wine together, but also quiet due to our very demanding work commitments.

The house is located in South Norwood on a quiet street. Fantastic transport links: 7-minute walk to Norwood Junction Station, 15 min walk to Selhurst Station (or catch the 157 and make it 5 mins :)), 10 mins to London Bridge, 20 mins to London Victoria, frequent buses to Tulse Hill, Herne Hill, Brixton....

Close amentities nearby, a Aldi right outside the station as well as a huge Sainsbury's 7 mins walk away, not to mention a Tesco express just 3 mins down the road.

There is a beautiful park 5 mins walk away, great for a run.

No pets and no smoking allowed in the house.
