We are looking for professionals or students to rent rooms in a flat in Croydon. We have a large double bedroom and a single bedroom to rent in a shared flat 3 minutes walk from Selhurst Railway Station in north Croydon. With regular trains to London (25 minutes to London Victoria), the rooms are ideal for students or professional working in London or Croydon. Bustling South Norwood High Street and Norwood Junction Station (with direct trains to London Bridge Station) are 13 minutes walk while there are good shops and parks close by. There is a driveway for cars, a shared dining and living area as well as a barbecue corner to host visitors.

Rent is £600 per month for the double room and £400 for the single room with all bills included. Both rooms can be rented for £950 a month. The rooms can be rented on a short-term or long-term basis with weekly options also available. The first month's rent should be paid when moving in with refundable deposits of £400 and £300 required. Move in date is flexible from 1 November 2021. References will be required before a final rental agreement is signed.
