Looking to find someone friendly, calm and clean to rent my double bedroom in Forest Hill/ Sydenham.
The flat has great links into London: Forest Hill overground is just a 10 min walk away with access to London Bridge/ Canada Water/ Shoreditch High Street etc. Sydenham Wells Park is a five minute walk away and there are two nice cafes at the end of the road.
The total cost of the room is fixed as £1,250 per month (£1,000 rent and £250 for all bills; such as Council tax, Internet, Gas and Electricity, TV + also the added bonus of a cleaner who comes every two weeks to clean the entire flat and bedrooms).
You would be living with a lovely young professional (female) called Mary who typically works in the office three to four days a week.
