Location & transport
The 1st floor flat is situated right next to Sydenham High Street, which is home to an eclectic range of independent shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and gyms. Sydenham Station (Zone 3) is >7 mins walk and has regular services to central London. Penge East and Lower Sydenham stations are also >15 mins walk.

The neighbourhood is ideal for someone looking for that perfect combo of convenience (with Lidl and Blackbird Bakery on your doorstep!) but also beautiful and leafy. Mayow Park is just a short walk away and Crystal Palace Park is within 15 mins walking distance.
