Located less than a five-minute walk to the train station, providing regular, direct trains to central London in just 20 minutes, making it ideal for commuters.

My home is also conveniently positioned on a cycle path that takes you either into central London or out towards the beautiful rolling hills of Kent and Surrey in around 45 minutes.
Local to areas of ecological interest, including Beckenham Place Park and the River Quaggy.

The spacious, secluded garden is a real highlight too, filled with birdsong and regularly visited by at least ten species of birds, including a resident woodpecker.

The garden is perfect for a morning cuppa, relaxing with a book, or unwinding after work with a glass of wine. Keen gardeners are very welcome, and growing your own vegetables is very much encouraged!

There is easy access to Beckenham, Sydenham, and Forest Hill, all home to independent shops, cafés, pubs, and lovely green spaces.

I’m looking for a studious, friendly professional who enjoys a calm home environment and appreciates animals, especially my much-loved tabby cat.

When I’m unwinding at home, I’m often found spending time with said tabby, listening to vinyl, trying out a new recipe, getting stuck into a thought-provoking series, or even tinkering with a Lego set.
