Double room + bills in SE4

Hi,

I have a double room to let in my 3-bedroom house in SE4. The house is on a quiet road about 5 minutes walk from Crofton Park station, and about 10-15 minutes walk from Honor Oak park station. The shops, restaurants and pubs of the local area are all within walking distance, as is Blythe Hill and Ladywell Fields. It's a really nice, quiet area with some great local places and it would be good to have someone who knows the area or wants to get to know it.

The room is a good sized double which is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and space for some more furniture. The house has been recently redecorated and there is a shared living room, kitchen, dining room with a big screen TV and sound system in the living room, and most TV streaming services, Sky Sports, BT Sports etc. There's also a good sized garden which will be used for hosting BBQs in the summer!

I am a live in landlord and I'm looking for someone who will treat the house with respect and who I can get on with and socialise with. I have been working from home for the last year and will continue to do so a few days a week. I enjoy cooking, watching films and TV shows, going to the pub, gigs, festivals and restaurants. I would be open to having someone who has a dog, as long as they can get on with my tortoise!
