We're looking to replace a housemate in 1 of the rooms now available in this 3 bed house share, due to the last mate moving on

Including Most bills, the slightly larger room is £900 long term or a price can be negotiated for a Shorter term and will be available from 23 August 2025.

Need someone(s) who will bring Good Vibes and Energy to the gaff, and who LOVE and can brings some Funky, Cool, Quirkiness to the game.

Someone who enjoys being creative , mentally as well/or in skills such as Art, Decorating, Upcycling or Making as an outlet for expression to add to making our space even more of a cozy home.

A Low Energy Refurb, this ongoing project has an "industrial aesthetic, with burnished concrete floors, exposed bricks and RSJs. Low Energy Lighting, UFH and ASHP combine with a Wood Burning Stove.... and a rooftop fruit and veg patch to enjoy sustainable design intentions and a chilled, vibe.

Quirky and Quiet, but knowledgeable helpful and friendly, I'm looking for someone equally as relaxed, chilled, Respectful and easy to get along with.

A housemate willing to slot in with our simple and unpretentious lifestyle (of mainly working), but likes fun, relaxing or even joining in our little decor and Landscaping/Gardening projects..

A Chilled tidy, clean personality would be great to help keep order in the environs, as long as it can coexist happily with a relaxed, raw and Utilitarian Luxe, Rustic, Industrial Eclectism theme - think Abigail Ahern's "Tantalising" maximalism Stylee on a smaller basis.

The property is a 3 bed, 1 bath, 1930s "Art Deco" property (zero original internal features unfortunately), minutes walk from 4 BR Stations (Brockley , Crofton Park, Honor Oak + Ladywell) taking U towards Charing or Kings X, the West End via Elephant & Castle, or London Bridge, or Hackney to the East, as well as DLR to wherever that line may take you...... With easy access to all the coolest hotpots of the South and East, but with the fantastic zen of not living in the midst of the hullabaloo.
