The room itself is very confortable , has a big window facing the big garden.`~It comes with a double bed and wardrobe but you're free to decorate it as you like.

5 min walk from Goldsmiths University, 5 min walk from Tesco and plenty great take away restaurants. 15 min walk and 5 min by bus to both New Cross Gate station and New Cross Station, 20 min from London Bridge. Peckham is just around the corner.
BILLS
Council Tax is included so we''ll be paying for water, gas, electricity and internet which should be around £150/£180 , split by two.
MYSELF
My name is Miguel, I'm a dj/designer working freelance, Working mostly as a Dj these days, in members clubs, hotels and restaurants. I spend early week at home working on my projects and then from Wednesday , I'm usually out working so you'll have the flat for yourself really. In my free time I like going to the gym, and hangout in Peckham with friends.
