Blythe Hill Park is only a one-minute walk away with lovely views across London and Ladywell Fields and Hilly Fields are also nearby.

There are fantastic transport links; Honor Oak Park Station is a ten-minute walk away with a direct twelve-minute train link to London Bridge and direct trains to Highbury & Islington and Canada Water. Crofton Park Station is a twelve-minute walk away with direct twelve-minute link to Blackfriars. Ladywell Station is a twenty-minute walk away with a direct eighteen-minute link to Charing Cross. There is also a good bus service. Street parking is readily available.
There are plenty of local shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby.
