We’re looking for a laid back flatmate to share our flat in Lewisham Way! Are you up to it?
You’ll be sharing with three girls (two students and one worker), a house of four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one wc, one bathtub), one big kitchen and, possibly (with some serious community work), one lovely garden. The flat has just been refurbished and we just entered, so it’s sparkling clean. Central heating, new boiler, washing machine and fridge.
The location is 3 min walk from Goldsmiths and the Lewisham College, next to Tesco, and all the bus stops you can imagine.
The price is 450£/month + bills (about 25£/month, Internet included).
