2 X King Size room in new gated street

I will only stay in the house maximum one night a month (if that). These two rooms basically give you a 4 bed house.

2 large king size bedroom available in nearly new house in a private, gated street, immediately next to Crofton Park Station (trains to Blackfriars / Farringdon / Kings X and peak trains to Victoria). You can walk to Brockley and Hanour Oaks stations (trains to London Bridge and Overground to Canada Water) in 10-12 minutes or there are buses in no time. Also 10-12 minute walk to Ladywell are are trains to Cannon Street and Charing X.

There are two rooms available. Would ideally suite two friends as you can then share the 3rd bedroom which is set up as a huge dressing room! Can be furnished or unfurnished

Room includes, desk, king size bed, hanging space, off-street secure parking, fibre broadband and tv. One room with en suite other Bathroom is separate and is pretty much exclusive for your use.

We are professional gay couple moving to the south coast so will likely only be staying 1 night a month (if that), in the 4th room. pretty much got the place to yourself


The house is only 4 years old with loads of natural light and a garden too.

Prince includes all bills except energy which will be split.
