The first floor single room

We have two lovely large single rooms available for rent with one room available immediately with rent all inclusive at £650 a month. We are within minutes walk from Kings College Hospital and opposite a beautiful ruskin park in a quiet a peaceful small private estate. Minutes from the Denmark Hill station too so plenty of overground and train into Central London. Zone 2 so plenty of buses round the corner to varied destinations as we are on bus route of 109, 159, etc. The house has 7 bedrooms and we have a really lovely group of working professionals and some working students who are really respectful and caring and sociable too.. Rooms are furnished with sliding wardrobe, desk, chair for home working, etc. as well as a double bed but we are happy to change it into a single bed if you would like more space to enjoy. Shared facilities including three bathrooms, two kitchens (one with dining and one with a sitting area), an extra toilet, and a front and back garden with off the street parkings free. Suitable for single renter only and sorry but we cannot take tenant with pets as the house is a registered House of Multiple Occupation. We do need one month rent deposit and one month rent in advance to sign any renting agreement. Reference is prefer but not essential. Contact me to view.
