Rent for couple is £1200 a month and for single renter is £1100 a month. The house is a licensed HMO. Currently has 5 tenants who are working professionals. We are very close walking distance to kings college hospital n Denmark Hill station is close by where overground train takes u to central London - Victoria and London Bridge. the house has 4 floors including 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms sharing between the five bedrooms tenant as the sixth bedroom is an Ensuite, two kitchen - 1 with dining/kitchen/living. Front garden for off the street parking and a back garden. Each room is furnished with double bed, bedside table, desk and chair and work light and lamp.
