There are 2 large communal rooms. A kitchen area with an adjoining dining area with double doors leading to the garden on the lower ground floor. Ground floor consists of entrance hall, shower room and toilet, large sitting room.
On the 1st floor are the 2 available rooms. The first room is a large double room that comes furnished. This room is huge with lots of natural light.
The second room is a bit smaller but still a good size double room. Both rooms come furnished.
The street is quiet and residential but just round the corner are lots of shops, great transport links-lots of bus routes close by, a short walk to either Elephant and Castle tube or Kennington and Oval in the other direction that can have you in central London in 10 mins.
